Refund policy

All coffee purchases are made to order and non-refundable. To cancel an order please email mike@pakkuroba.com and we will be sure to take care of it. We begin roasting your coffee within 12 hours of purchase so all cancellations need to be requested in a timely manner.

All other items are refundable upon request and must be returned undamaged in the original packaging to qualify.
